Deuces were wild at New Britain Stadium as the Bees and Skeeters wrapped up their four-game set on Thursday.
It was the second game of a double-header, lasting a little over two hours. The Skeeters won it on a two-run Jesse Barfield homer. The Skeeters win split the series with each team winning two games. As for me, I naturally got two lineup cards and two baseballs!
It was cold so by the time the second game ended, there were only a couple dozen fans left in the stadium. I got the Bees lineup card first without any problem.
I then scored the Skeeters lineup card. Gary Gaetti had already left the dugout, hence no signature on the card.
